Our Services

The Jaisalmer Travel offers Jaisalmer tour packages, taxi and car rental service, desert safari experiences (camel safari, jeep safari, desert camp stays) and our Premium Dinner on the Dunes experience. Package inclusions, exclusions and itineraries are as described on the relevant page at the time of booking, and may be customized by mutual agreement.

Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are typically made via WhatsApp, phone or our website enquiry form and are confirmed once we acknowledge your travel dates, requirements and (where applicable) receipt of any advance payment agreed between us. Please review your itinerary carefully before confirming, as it forms the basis of the service we provide.

Traveler Responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued photo identification for all travelers, as required for certain bookings and border-area excursions (e.g. Tanot Mata, Longewala).
• Arrive on time for pickups, safaris and scheduled activities — delays may affect the rest of your itinerary.
• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations or dietary requirements so we can plan accordingly.
• Follow the safety instructions of our drivers, guides and desert camp staff during camel safaris, jeep safaris and other activities.

Itinerary Changes

Sightseeing, safari and camp timings are subject to weather, local conditions, monument opening hours and operational factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes and offer suitable alternatives where possible.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Desert activities such as camel safaris, jeep safaris and overnight camping carry inherent risks associated with off-road travel, animals and outdoor conditions. We take reasonable care in selecting vehicles, camel handlers, drivers and camp partners, but we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, acts of third parties, or a traveler's failure to follow safety guidance.

Third-Party Providers

Certain elements of your trip — hotel accommodation, desert camps, cultural performers — may be provided by third-party partners. While we vet our partners for quality and safety, we act as an intermediary in arranging these services and are not the direct provider of accommodation or third-party venues.

Pricing

Prices and inclusions are quoted at the time of enquiry and may vary based on travel dates, group size, vehicle type and season. Please confirm final pricing with us in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before your trip.

Use of This Website

The content, images, logo and branding on this Site belong to The Jaisalmer Travel or are used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our consent. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to scrape, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
